Free cases with a code: the welcome package

The biggest free reward is for new players who sign up with a code. With code BETREFS, CSGORoll's welcome package runs over your first five days:

  • Day 1: 3 free cases, and a 10% bonus on your first top-up.
  • Day 2: a 2x gem boost, and a 7.5% top-up bonus.
  • Days 3, 4 and 5: an activity case each day.

Free chips: rain and the faucet

CSGORoll has two balances: coins, used for skins, and chips. Both free chip rewards pay in chips:

  • Rain: free chips are dropped in chat every hour and shared between the players who are active.
  • Faucet: you can claim free chips every 3 hours. CSGORoll says you can redeem them for crypto or use them to play.

This is the honest answer to "how to get free CSGORoll money": there's no free cash or free coin code, but rain and the faucet give small amounts of chips for free.

Daily cases

Daily cases are free cases tied to your rank. Each time you rank up, you get 180 keys, and each key opens one daily case. When you pick up a new daily case you choose between three profiles: high value (30 guaranteed openings), medium value (90) or low value (180).

After the guaranteed openings, the chance to open the case drops sharply unless you rank up again: to 5% for the high-value case, 15% for the medium one and 30% for the low one. When you're out of keys, the daily Picklock gives you one more chance to open a case without a key.

You rank up by earning XP, and you earn XP by playing. CSGORoll's help centre adds a detail worth knowing: "The higher the house edge, the faster you earn XP." So chasing ranks for better daily cases pushes you towards the games that keep the most of what you bet. When we measured CSGORoll's cases, they kept 9.1% on average.

Gems and Drop Party

You earn gems while you play with coins or chips, in modes like case battles, roulette and unboxing. Each coin or chip you spend adds 2.5% to your chance of a gem, up to 50% per bet. You spend gems on special cases with chips, skins and other prizes. Shiny gems are a rarer version, won in raffles and livestream giveaways on Kick and social media.

Drop Party is an hourly giveaway in chat: when it appears at the top of the hour, you click it to join. Prizes include gems. CSGORoll doesn't publish the participation rules in its help centre and says prizes and schedules can change.

Promo codes

CSGORoll shares extra codes in its official Discord, Telegram and social channels. Asking for codes in chat isn't allowed, and neither is posting codes there: both can get you a chat restriction.

The catch: you can't cash out free winnings straight away

Skins you win go to your CSGORoll inventory, not straight to Steam. To get a skin out, you sell your winnings for coins and then withdraw a skin another player lists on the peer-to-peer marketplace.

Before your first withdrawal, CSGORoll needs at least one coin purchase and your Steam trade URL in your account settings. So free cases on their own can't be cashed out: you need to top up once first.

Is it worth it?

The 3 free cases cost nothing, so claim them if you're signing up anyway. Rain and the faucet are small but free. The daily cases are where to be careful: they reward playing more, and the guaranteed openings run out unless you keep ranking up. Don't deposit just to chase a rank.
