Terms of Use

Betrefs ("Betrefs", "we", "us") is run by MattCS from Malta. By using betrefs.gg you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. What Betrefs is

Betrefs is an independent review and comparison site. We don't run any gambling, betting or trading service ourselves, and we never take deposits or bets. Sites we list are run by third parties under their own terms, licenses and rules.

2. Who can use Betrefs

• You must be at least 18 years old, or older if the law where you live requires it.
• You are responsible for checking that gambling, skin gambling and skin trading are legal where you live before you visit any site we list. Many sites we review are not licensed in every country.
• Don't use Betrefs if you have excluded yourself from gambling, or if gambling is causing you problems. See responsible gambling.

3. Reviews, scores and codes

Reviews and scores are our honest opinion at the time of writing, based on the method on how we review. Sites change their bonuses, games, fees and rules often, so always check the site itself before you sign up or deposit. Bonus and promo codes are offered by the sites, not by us; their terms (wagering, eligibility, expiry) apply and can change without notice.

Many links on Betrefs are affiliate links. If you sign up or deposit through them, we may earn a commission at no cost to you. Commissions never change a score or ranking.

4. Third-party sites

When you follow a link to another site, you leave Betrefs. We aren't responsible for other sites, their content, how they handle your money, items or data, or for any losses you make there. Any dispute with a site you play or trade on is between you and that site.

5. Your Betrefs account

• You sign in with Steam. One Betrefs account per person; alternate accounts may be closed without notice.
• Keep your Steam account secure. You're responsible for activity on your Betrefs account.
• We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms, abuse the free case or referral links, or try to harm the site.

6. Daily free case

• The free case is a free promotion. No purchase or deposit is ever needed, and it can't be bought.
• One case per Betrefs account every 24 hours. To open it you need a Steam account in good standing that can receive trades, a valid Steam trade URL, and, where we require it, a minimum Steam level.
• The items, their values and the odds are shown on the free case page before you open it, and every result can be verified on the provably fair page. We may change the contents and odds at any time; changes apply to future openings only.
• Prizes are CS2 items sent manually to your trade URL, normally within 72 hours. If the exact item isn't available, we may send an item of similar value. Prizes can't be exchanged for cash.
• If a prize can't be delivered within 30 days because your trade URL is invalid, your inventory is private, or your account can't trade, it is forfeited.
• Using multiple accounts, bots, scripts, VPNs to get around limits, or any other abuse voids all prizes and may lead to a permanent ban. Our decision on abuse is final.
• You are responsible for any taxes on prizes where you live.

7. Referral links

Your invite link may only be shared in ways that respect the rules of the place you post it; no spam. Referrals of your own accounts, or of accounts created only to farm referrals, don't count and may lead to both accounts being closed. We may change or end referral features at any time.

8. Leaderboards

We may run prize leaderboards for players who sign up on a partner site with our code. Each leaderboard shows its prizes, period and rules on its page. Rankings are based on the data the partner site gives us; if that data is late or wrong, we may correct the results. Players who abuse a leaderboard (for example through collusion, bonus abuse or multiple accounts) are disqualified. Prizes are paid as the leaderboard page states, normally as site balance or skins, within 7 days of the period ending.

9. Trademarks

Counter-Strike, CS2, Steam and related names and images are trademarks of Valve Corporation. Betrefs isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Valve or any site we review. Site names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.

10. Liability

Betrefs is provided "as is". We work hard to keep information accurate, but we can't guarantee it's complete or current. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses from using Betrefs or any site we link to. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.

11. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Malta, and the courts of Malta have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights in your country.
