CSGORoll in 2026
CSGORoll has been around since 2016 and it's still the site most CS2 players start on. Cases, case battles, roulette, crash, dice, plinko, mines, coinflip, plus a peer-to-peer skin marketplace. It's run by Max Stacks Limited, and the CEO is Killian Melloni, known as Eye, who worked at HypeDrop and Ancient Gaming before.
It's big, but it's shrinking. Semrush has it at about 2.7 million visits in August, down from almost 4 million in March. Most players come from the US, Sweden and Germany.
The code
Code BETREFS under Rewards gets you 3 free cases and 10% on your first top-up. Free cases before you've put in a cent is still rare, so this is one of the better codes around.
Games
The case library is the biggest of any site we list and battles are always running. Everything is provably fair, and one review site checked 200 random rolls and found no mismatches, so I'm not worried about the maths being faked. What I am worried about is the edge: CSGORoll doesn't publish per-game house edges, and "the house edge is insane" shows up in player reviews more than once. So we measured it: across all of its 900-plus cases the edge is 9.1% on almost every one, below the industry's usual 10%, and dice keeps 5%.
Payments and cashing out
Deposit skins, crypto or card. Withdraw skins (P2P, so as fast as someone lists what you want) or crypto. Know that there are two balances: coins turn into skins, and chips turn into crypto. There's no cash-out to your bank. One review site tested redeeming and got 71% to 84% of the Steam Market price back depending on the skin, so the balance you see isn't the money you walk away with.
Design and UX: 6/10
Open the homepage and you land on the trade marketplace, not the games. The nav mixes icons, labels and red locks (PVP 2.0 and Arms Dealer are locked until you sign in), and the screen fights for your attention: a daily race, a sign-up banner, a free-skins rain box, a pinned message in chat, a purple List Items button and a cookie popup, all at once. The item grid itself is clean and well organised, and the green-on-dark style is recognisable. But it feels like a site that added things for ten years without ever cleaning up. And players keep reporting lag and getting kicked from battles, which matters more than any colour choice.
Trust
Operating company and CEO are public, which is more than most. One review site reports a Curaçao licence; I haven't verified it myself, and Curaçao is a low bar anyway. The Trustpilot score is 2.4 from over 2,600 reviews. The 1-star reviews are about lag, "rigged" losing streaks and the level rewards being cut after people spent money to reach them. I didn't find a pattern of withdrawals being blocked, which is the one complaint that would make me stop recommending a site.
Verdict
CSGORoll is the safe default, not the best deal. Huge selection, a real free-case code and a team you can name. But it's laggy, it keeps trimming rewards for loyal players, and it hides its house edges. Take the free cases, and don't treat the balance on screen as money.
