How P2P marketplaces work
A seller lists a skin; a buyer pays the site; the seller sends the skin by Steam trade; once the trade is confirmed (and Steam's trade protection has passed), the site pays the seller. Fees are usually 2–7% for the seller. P2P is cheaper than trade bots but takes longer.
