About Betrefs
CS2 gambling sites, reviewed by someone who has used them
I'm Matt, you might know me as MattCS. I've been making Counter-Strike videos since 2016, and the channel has grown to 375,000 subscribers and more than 80 million views. Over those years I've worked with more than 30 gambling sites, so I know how they run, who's behind a lot of them, and what it looks like when one starts going wrong. Betrefs is where I put all of that in one place: which sites are worth your time, which codes actually give you something, and which sites I'd stay away from.
It's hard to find out which gambling sites are actually good, so I decided to take a no-BS approach and rate every site on how good it really is. If a site is trash, we'll tell you. The only paid part of Betrefs is the sponsored placements, and those are clearly marked as Sponsored. Everything else, the scores and the reviews, is honest, and it's here so you know what's out there before you spend your hard-earned money on a site that might not deserve it.
How I score sites
Every site gets the same six scores out of 10: trust & reputation (20%), payments & payouts (20%), fairness (15%), games (15%), bonuses & value (15%) and design & UX (15%). Next to my own experience I use what I can check: Trustpilot reviews, traffic, published house edges, who owns the site, and for crypto casinos the money you can follow on the blockchain. A site only scores above 8.5 once we've deposited and withdrawn there ourselves. Until then it's marked as a provisional review. The full method is on how we review.
How to spot a site to avoid
- You can't check results. If a site says it's provably fair but doesn't show seeds or a verifier, treat it as if it isn't.
- Withdrawals get harder than deposits. ID checks that only show up once you win, or skins that are "out of stock" for days, are the usual warning.
- Nobody is named. No company in the terms or footer means nobody you can hold to anything.
- The bonus looks too big. Huge deposit matches usually come with wagering you'll never clear.
- A lot of recent complaints saying the same thing. One angry review means little; twenty about blocked withdrawals means a lot.
The codes, and how Betrefs makes money
The codes on this page give you something extra when you sign up: free cases, free balance, a deposit bonus or rakeback. When you use one, the site may pay us a commission. That's what keeps Betrefs and the daily free case running, and it never changes a score. Some sites also pay for a sponsored position in our lists; those carry a Sponsored label. Sites with a low score stay low, whether we have a deal with them or not.
Pick by game mode
Every mode has its own page with how it works and the sites that have it.

What is CS2 gambling?
Betting CS2 skins, or balance you bought with skins or crypto, on games like case opening, case battles, crash, roulette and coinflip. Most sites let you deposit skins, crypto or a card and withdraw as skins or crypto.
Is CS2 gambling legal?
It depends on where you live. Some countries ban it, and many sites block certain countries in their terms. You have to be at least 18 everywhere, and older in some places. Check your local rules and the site's terms before you deposit.
Are CS2 gambling sites rigged?
A provably fair site lets you check every result yourself with the server seed, your client seed and the round number, so it can't change an outcome after you bet. That doesn't make a game good for you: every game has a house edge. Our reviews say which sites are provably fair and what edges they publish.
What's the best CS2 gambling site?
The one that fits what you play. The list at the top is ranked on our six-criteria score, and every review explains the trade-offs, so pick by game mode or payment method if one matters most to you.
How do promo codes work?
You enter the code when you sign up (or in the site's rewards or affiliate page) and get what the site gives for it: free cases, free balance, a deposit bonus or rakeback. Check the wagering rules before you deposit, because some bonuses have to be played through first.
