“I enjoy CSFAIL for its variety of games: my favorite is Crazy Wheel, though sometimes I switch to Mines. The site is convenient, loads quickly, deposits are instant, and withdrawals are fast too. The chat has a relaxed vibe, and talking with other players makes the experience more enjoyable.”

“I deposited 20 dollars 8 days ago. I haven't received any money and it just says processing, it's getting really bad. Scam website”

Gambling sites often reward players for reviews, and people who lost review more than people who won. Trustpilot is one input to our trust score, not the verdict.

CS.Fail in 2026

CS.Fail has been running since 2018 and is run by CSFail Sociedad de Responsabilidad Limitada. It's an old-school CS2 site: wheel, crazy wheel, crash, double, jackpot, mines, dice and some cases.

The bonus

No Betrefs code. A daily bonus wheel and a calendar.

Games

The classic modes, provably fair. Crash with skins gets praise from players after an update.

Payments and cashing out

Deposit skins, crypto, card or gift cards; withdraw CS2, Dota 2 or Rust skins.

Design and UX: 6/10

A colourful hero ("Time for the old-school!"), a promo-code box, a skin strip, then a second banner in Russian on the English version of the site. The left rail is icons with tiny labels. It works, but it feels unfinished for an international audience.

Trust

2.8 on Trustpilot from about 220 reviews. The pattern: players banned for "multiple accounts" exactly when they try to withdraw (one says the other account was his brother's), a $65 deposit followed by a ban and document demands four days later, and a deposit stuck "processing" for eight days. One player with a gambling problem says the site has no self-exclusion and support wouldn't block him. That last one is the worst thing a gambling site can get wrong.

Verdict

The old-school modes are fun, but bans at withdrawal and no self-exclusion put CS.Fail near the bottom. Skip it.
