What CSGO.net gives back

Free and level cases: Free cases unlocked by your total top-ups (Free Silver, Free Global and more, each a set number of times), and an Avatar case once you set one of its suggested Steam avatars for 12 hours and top up a small amount.
Other: Rotating deposit codes on the promo codes page: 17% (daily code), 20% (weekly) and 24% (monthly) above a minimum top-up. CSGO.net says promo code bonuses have no withdrawal restrictions.
Not stated: No rakeback, rain or VIP programme mentioned. The codes rotate, so the percentages can change.

Gambling sites often reward players for reviews, and people who lost review more than people who won. Trustpilot is one input to our trust score, not the verdict.

CSGO.net in 2026

CSGO.net has been around since 2017 and claims 6.5 million registered users. Today it's mostly a Brazilian and Portuguese site: about half of its 370,000 visits in August came from Brazil. Cases, an upgrader, trade-up, battles and contracts. We couldn't find out who runs it.

The bonus

No Betrefs code. A daily set of free cases plus bonus cases and frequent giveaways.

Games

Cheap cases and a lot of them, plus the usual modes. No published edges.

Payments and cashing out

Deposit skins, crypto, card or gift cards; withdraw skins only. Players complain about the withdrawal: you can't see a skin's float, deposits that took two weeks to show up, and a skin deposit that simply disappeared.

Design and UX: 5.5/10

A newsletter popup ("Sign up and get HUGE promo codes every day!") lands over the page the moment it loads. Behind it: a skin strip, a cramped second nav, then rows of free and limited cases. Busy and pushy.

Trust

3.4 on Trustpilot from more than 6,200 reviews, so plenty of people use it. But the recent 1-stars repeat the same thing: small upgrades work, bigger ones never seem to match the odds shown. I can't verify that, but no published edges and support that's often only in Russian don't help.

Verdict

CSGO.net is fine for free cases if you speak Portuguese. For real money, there are more transparent case sites.
