House edge

How do we calculate house edge?

CSGOCASES hasn't published per-game house edges, and we haven't checked them on the site yet. We only list edges the site states itself or that we work out from its own odds and payouts.

The share of every bet the site keeps on average. Lower is better for you.

“i couldnt get my item on steam. it wasnt my fault. it needed 35 minutes to tell me that the bot couldnt make the offer or i failed to accept and i could just try to "send" my skin again.”

Gambling sites often reward players for reviews, and people who lost review more than people who won. Trustpilot is one input to our trust score, not the verdict.

CSGOCASES in 2026

CSGOCASES has been running since 2018 and is known for user-made custom cases. About 500,000 visits in July (HypeStat), mostly from Turkey, Germany and Brazil. Case opening and an upgrader. We couldn't find out who runs it.

The bonus

No Betrefs code. Two daily free cases, task cases and frequent giveaways, plus promo codes that give $1 to start.

Games

Official cases at every rarity level plus a big section of user-made cases. No published edges, and one player points out the daily cases don't show odds.

Payments and cashing out

Deposit skins, crypto, card or gift cards; withdraw skins. The complaints: a knife drop that "bugged" into a cheap Deagle, trade offers that expire because the bot can't send the item, and withdrawn items returned a day before a trade ban lifted.

Design and UX: 7/10

Simple and readable: Official and User cases tabs, a clean grid of cases with clear prices, and a recent-drops column. Old-fashioned, but it's obvious what to do.

Trust

4.7 on Trustpilot from more than 2,000 reviews is excellent, and long-time free-case farmers say they've made a profit. The 1-stars are about bugs and failed trades rather than bans, which is a better kind of complaint.

Verdict

One of the better places to farm free cases. Spend small, and screenshot any big drop before you try to withdraw it.
