Duel launched in 2025 from the team behind CSGOEmpire: its founder is Ossi Ketola, known as Monarch. It's run by Immortal Snail LLC under an Anjouan licence. Its pitch is simple: 0% house edge on its originals, plus instant rakeback. It took off fast: on-chain data puts it third of all crypto casinos it tracks, with about $372 million in deposits over 30 days from about 49,600 depositors. Traffic peaked at 11.8 million visits in June and fell to 6.4 million in August.

Trust
This is where Duel splits people. 2.1 on Trustpilot from about 160 reviews, and the recent ones include a player whose balance he says was drained mid-game, one with more than $8,000 stuck "with no clear explanation", and players saying the 100% RTP doesn't match what they see. 0% edge on paper can still lose you everything in a short session, which explains some of it. But players also point out that an Anjouan licence offers almost no protection, and X suspended Monarch's, Duel's and CSGOEmpire's accounts in October 2025, which he blamed on competitors.
Verdict
Mathematically, Duel is the fairest casino on this list, and the rakeback is excellent. But fair maths doesn't help if your withdrawal gets stuck. Play it for the edge, keep your balance small, and cash out often.
