    Scumbag site

“Scumbag site. I’m down over 18k on this casino and they banned me from all promos and rain . Which is disgusting, I’m down 18k and they have a problem with me collecting Pennie’s to play. Most likely won’t even cash out anyways . If anyone wanna start a mass arbitration let’s do it”

    Don't trust this website

“Don't trust this website - your money will be scammed and you will not be able to prove nothing!”
    Trustpilot · Sep 12, 2026

Gambling sites often reward players for reviews, and people who lost review more than people who won. Trustpilot is one input to our trust score, not the verdict.

Cases.gg in 2026

Cases.gg comes from the same team as Clash.gg (founder Hobbes), run by CGG Entertainment Ltd. It started as a CS2 case and battle site, and now calls itself a "Mystery Box Website": unbox luxury goods (watches, sneakers, tech) shipped to you, alongside CS2 cases, battles, an upgrader, coinflip, crash and sports. About 900,000 visits in August, down from 2 million in March. 40% of visitors are from the US.

The bonus

No Betrefs code. 3 free mystery boxes for new players and a weekly race.

Games

Mystery boxes, case battles, upgrader, coinflip and crash, provably fair. The FAQ lists the edges: 10% on cases, battles and the upgrader, and about 6.5% on crash.

Payments and cashing out

Deposit skins, crypto or card; withdraw skins or crypto, or have real items shipped.

Design and UX: 8/10

Same quality as Clash.gg: a clear hero for the mystery boxes, a Sign up instantly button, then a row of popular boxes with prices. Chat on the right (advertising Acebet, the group's casino), a cookie box at the bottom.

Trust

3.5 on Trustpilot from about 400 reviews, with support named and praised. The complaints: balances confiscated under section 11(q) of its terms ("reward abuse"), a player banned after winning for "fraudulent KYC", and a player down $18,000 who was banned from promos and rain. The same KYC-after-wins pattern as its sister sites.

Verdict

Well made and from a known team, now with real items. Withdraw as you go, and read the reward rules.
