Case battles are the focus, with Official and Creator-made cases, plus case opening, an upgrader, coinflip and roulette. CSGOBig doesn't publish whether its games are provably fair or their edges.

Design and UX: 5.5/10

The first thing you see is a "Welcome! First time here?" tutorial popup over the case grid, plus a red "Not authenticated" error in the corner, before you've done anything. Behind that, the case grid is tidy with nice artwork, but the left rail is unlabelled icons and the chat is full of GIF memes. It's not a welcoming first impression.

3.5 on Trustpilot from about 220 reviews. Support gets praised by name, which is good. But the negative reviews keep coming back to one moment: winning. "Fun site until you hit a win", "won so they banned my account", "they will not give you anything". When the complaints all start at the win, I listen.
