CSGOLuck in 2026
CSGOLuck launched in 2021 and is run by GG Technologies Limited, with an owner known as Shinez and a public CEO, Paul Fitchford. Case battles, case opening, crash, roulette, coinflip, slots, mines, plinko, towers and esports betting. About 490,000 visits in August, down from 920,000 in March, with Sweden and the US on top.
The bonus
No Betrefs code. Rakeback and free daily cases, recently "supercharged" according to the homepage.
Games
A solid all-round set. No published edges.
Payments and cashing out
Deposit skins, crypto, card or gift cards; withdraw skins or crypto. Several players say they can't withdraw at all, even skins, until they verify their payment method, and one says support asked for "all of your banking details and bank statement" and then stalled for days.
Design and UX: 7/10
Clean and simple: a slim top nav (Games, Cases, Rewards), one banner, then a tile grid for every mode (Case Battles, Case Opening, Market, Mines, Supercharge Cases, Fairness, Daily Cases, Crash). Easy to find your way. The art is decent rather than special.
Trust
3.9 on Trustpilot from about 670 reviews, and support staff (Damon, Ruby, Kim) are thanked by name again and again. But the 1-stars are serious: a player who hit big, waited 24 hours, then found himself logged out with 2FA added to his account; another who failed ID verification and was banned on the spot. When the good reviews are about support and the bad ones are about withdrawals, the withdrawals are what matter.
Verdict
CSGOLuck is a decent, readable site with real people behind it. Expect strict payment checks before you can cash out, and withdraw small and often.
