A new crypto casino that wants you to check its maths
Rolly left Beta on 28 October 2026, the day I checked its pages for this review. It's a crypto casino with seven in-house games, 1,700+ provider games and a sportsbook that is "temporarily unavailable due to technical maintenance". Its pitch: no KYC, a "non-custodial" balance, and in-house games where every bet comes with a mathematical proof. I haven't played on it with real money, so everything below comes from Rolly's own site and docs.
Rolly is a casino for adults (18+). You can lose everything you deposit, and nothing here changes that.
How you pay in and out
Rolly is crypto only: no card, no bank transfer, no skins. Its docs list six networks:
| Network | Coins |
|---|---|
| Ethereum, Arbitrum | USDT, USDC, ETH |
| BNB Smart Chain | USDT, USDC, BNB |
| Polygon | USDT, USDC, POL |
| Solana | USDT, USDC, SOL |
| Tron | USDT, TRX |
There's no Bitcoin. Whatever you send is converted to USDT and shown as a dollar balance, and a withdrawal converts it back into the coin and network you pick. Rolly says it covers deposit fees, so you only pay your own network fee. Withdrawal fees are yours to pay, and the wallet shows the fee and the amount you'll receive before you confirm. Minimum deposits and withdrawals are only shown inside the wallet, not in the docs. Rolly's manifesto promises withdrawals "in under 60 seconds"; that's its claim, not something I've tested.
You sign in with a crypto wallet or with email, Google, X or Discord. Each method makes a separate account that can't be merged later.
What "non-custodial" means here, and what it doesn't
On most casinos your balance is a number in the operator's database. Rolly's tech page says player balances sit in a smart contract on Arbitrum (a network built on top of Ethereum), every balance change has to be signed with your key and proven, and if the platform stopped, players could pull their funds straight from the blockchain through a "Force Exit". Its Public Bankroll page lists the wallet addresses, and the total it shows (over $10M) includes players' own balances, so it isn't all money for payouts.
The terms still keep the powers any casino has. They say Rolly can "retain or decline any refund of deposits, balances" if you play from a restricted country, can take "forfeiture of any funds remaining on your account balance" for abuse, may put withdrawals through "additional internal checks", and can apply a maximum win limit of $100,000 "in exceptional cases". They also say Rolly can close any account at its sole discretion "without any obligation to refund funds", can refuse withdrawals of funds it decides came from unlawful sources, and can change or cancel bonuses at its discretion. Your deposit also lands at a Rolly address first and is converted before it reaches your balance. Treat "non-custodial" as how the system is built, not as a promise that nobody can stop a withdrawal.
The Originals: 1% edge, with proof
The house edge is the share of every bet a casino keeps over time. Rolly's docs give 99% RTP on all seven Originals (Crash, Coin Flip, Dice, Keno, Limbo, Plinko and Blackjack), so a 1% edge: about $1 lost per $100 bet on average. That's the same edge Stake and Shuffle state for their Originals. Bets run from $0.01 to $10,000, with a maximum payout of $100,000 per bet, both raised on 28 October from $700 and $10,000. Blackjack uses eight decks, the dealer stands on all 17s and blackjack pays 3:2.
"ZK Verified" is Rolly's version of provably fair. On a normal site you can check, by hand, that the random number came from the seeds you were shown. Rolly says each bet is also covered by a zero-knowledge proof (a piece of maths that shows the calculation was done correctly) that a contract on Arbitrum checks automatically, covering the random number, the payout and your new balance. The game code is public on GitHub, and you can verify a bet in Rolly Explorer or on your own machine. This only applies to the seven Originals. Slots and live games are run by their providers, as on any casino.
Rakeback and bonuses, worked out
Rolly pays three regular bonuses, all calculated from the house edge and paid as cash with no wagering:
- Rakeback: 13.5% of the house edge at the first rank (Newbie), up to 19% at the top (GOAT), credited after every bet.
- Daily Rakeback: 2.5% to 5% of yesterday's edge.
- Weekly Bonus: a base of 3.5% to 6.5% of the week's edge, plus 8% to 13.5% of your net loss, capped at half the week's edge.
In money: $100 bet on Dice costs about $1 on average, and a new player gets about $0.195 of that back from the three guaranteed parts. That's real value from day one, where many casinos make you climb a VIP ladder first. Three catches: only Originals and Slots count (live casino, table games and game shows earn no bonuses and no points), the Daily and Weekly bonuses burn if you don't claim them before the next one arrives, and rank only moves with Rolly Points, earned at 0.15 per $1 on Originals and 0.225 on Slots. Boss, the rank where VIP status and a personal manager start, takes 100,000 points: about $667,000 bet on Originals.

The $50 Welcome Tasks are slower than they look
New accounts can earn up to $50 and 90 points for six tasks (deposit $10 in total, bet $50 on Originals, connect an email, install the app, allow notifications, follow Rolly on X), with $20 of that only if you finish all six within 72 hours. The $50 is a Locked Bonus that releases at your bet times the game's edge times 10%. On 1% Originals that's $0.10 per $100 bet, so the full $50 needs $50,000 of bets. On a 4% slot it needs $12,500. Nothing expires and you keep each part as it unlocks, but don't chase it.
Code BETREFS
Sign up through the Betrefs link or with code BETREFS. Rolly's docs only describe what the person sharing a code earns (10% of half the house edge on your Originals and Slots bets, plus 20% of the points you mine), not what a new player gets from one, so expect the standard rewards above.
Mining and seasons
The "Mining" page is a points race. Season #1 has a $70,000 prize fund for the top 1,000 players by points from their own bets, with $15,000 for first, and a season ends when its points pool is used up. Rolly says all-time points will be "rewarded after Season #10" without saying how. Don't bet more to chase a reward with no published terms.
Who's behind it, and who can play
There's no gambling licence anywhere on the site. The footer names the operator as "Rolly Foundation", with no registration number or address, the terms just say "Rolly", and disputes go to arbitration in Costa Rica. The CEO writes the manifesto and posts as @ceo_rolly but isn't named.
US citizens and residents are banned, as are US-sanctioned countries, and the sportsbook also excludes Russia, Belarus, North Korea, Syria, Iran and occupied parts of Ukraine. The terms add that you mustn't play from anywhere that requires a local licence Rolly doesn't hold, and since it names none, that's on you to check.
The casino needs no KYC: the docs say "no document checks" even after big wins. The terms do let Rolly review the source of funds used on the platform, and for the sportsbook they allow ID, proof of address, source-of-funds documents and a selfie. You can ask support to limit or restrict your access, and the terms say Rolly doesn't otherwise monitor or limit your play beyond its smart contracts.
Rolly is also very young. Its X account (@rolly_onchain) dates from January 2026 and had about 11,200 followers on launch day, and its public game code went up in June 2026. There's no long record yet of how it treats a big withdrawal.

Verdict
Rolly has the most checkable Originals I've read about and cash rakeback from the first bet. But it has no licence, an operator you can't look up, and only just out of Beta, so keep your balance small until it has a track record.
