Rust Inventory Value Checker

What your Rust skins are worth, from your Steam profile link. Every item at the Steam Market's lowest listing, and what you'd keep after Steam's fees.

Paste a profile link, a 17-digit Steam ID or your custom URL name. Your inventory must be public. We only read it; nothing is stored.

How to use it

  1. Set your Steam inventory to public in your privacy settings.
  2. Paste your profile link, Steam ID or custom URL name and press Check.
  3. Read the total, what you'd keep after fees and your most valuable skins.
  4. Big inventory? Keep the page open: the rest is priced in batches, about one a minute.
  5. Copy the page link to share the result.

How we value Rust items

Rust skins trade on the Steam Community Market, which listed 5,545 different Rust items on 16 October 2026. We read your public Rust inventory, keep the items that can be sold, and ask Steam for each one's lowest listing. Stacks count in full, so 20 of the same item count 20 times.

Steam gives prices one item at a time and limits how often we can ask, so we price the items you hold the most of first, keep every price for 6 hours for all visitors, and add the rest in batches of about 20 a minute while the page is open. The total says how many items are still missing.

The "after Steam fees" figure takes off the 5% Steam fee and Rust's 10% game fee item by item, rounded the way Steam rounds them. Work out any single sale in the Steam fee calculator. Want cash? Sell or trade these skins on a marketplace instead.

FAQ

How do I check my Rust inventory value?
Paste your Steam profile link, 17-digit Steam ID or custom URL name above and press Check. Your Steam inventory must be public (Edit Profile, Privacy Settings, Inventory: Public). We read your Rust items and price each one on the Steam Community Market.
Where do the Rust skin prices come from?
From the Steam Community Market: each item's lowest listing in US dollars right now, or its median recent sale when nobody has one listed. Prices are fetched live and kept for 6 hours.
How much do I get if I sell my Rust skins on Steam?
About 87% of the listed price. Rust items carry a 5% Steam fee and a 10% game fee on top of what the seller receives, each at least $0.01, so an item listed at $1.15 leaves you $1.00. The money is Steam Wallet balance, which can't be withdrawn.
Can I sell Rust skins for real money?
Not through Steam: Steam Market sales pay Steam Wallet funds only. Third-party skin marketplaces pay out in cash or crypto, at their own prices and fees, so compare them before you sell.
What is the most expensive Rust skin?
On 16 October 2026 the highest lowest-listing on the Steam Market for Rust was Zipper Face at $1,679.61, out of 5,545 Rust items listed. Steam caps a single listing at about $1,800, so the very rarest items can't be listed above that on Steam.
