Store price is what a game costs to buy today. It isn't what you paid, and it isn't money you can get back: games can't be resold, and Steam's Subscriber Agreement doesn't allow selling the account. The items are the part with a resale value: see them item by item in the Steam inventory value checker, work out Steam's cut with the Steam fee calculator, or sell or trade these skins for cash.

FAQ

How do I check how much my Steam account is worth?
Paste your Steam profile link, Steam ID or custom URL name above. Your profile and its Game details must be public (Steam: Edit Profile, Privacy Settings). We add up your games at today's US store prices and your CS2 inventory, and you can add Rust, TF2 and Dota 2 inventories with one click.
Is my Steam account value what I spent?
No. It's what your games would cost to buy today at store prices. Most people pay less, through sales, bundles, gifts and keys bought elsewhere, and free games count as $0. We show both today's price (lower during a sale) and the regular price.
Can I sell my Steam account?
Not under Steam's rules. The Steam Subscriber Agreement (section 1.C) says you may not sell or charge others for the right to use your account. The items in your inventory are different: those you can sell on the Steam Market or trade.
Why are my games not showing?
Steam only shares the game list when your Game details are public, even if the profile itself is public. Set Game details to Public in your privacy settings and check again. Games shared with you through Steam Families aren't in your own list.
Does it include DLC and items?
Items yes: your CS2 inventory is added automatically and Rust, TF2 and Dota 2 on request. DLC no: Steam's game list doesn't include DLC, so the total leaves it out.
