How much does the site take from a coinflip?

Sites keep a small share of the pot as a fee. It differs per site, so check the site's own rules or the house edge section of our review before you play.

The flip itself is, when the site is provably fair and both stakes are the same value. The fee is what makes it slightly worse than even over time.

How coinflip works

One player creates a flip with a stake and picks a side (on CS2 sites usually CT or T). Another player joins with a matching value, the coin flips, and the winner takes both stakes minus the site's cut. Most sites only let you join flips within a set value range of yours. Some let you flip against a bot when nobody joins.

FAQ

How much does the site take from a coinflip?: Sites keep a small share of the pot as a fee. It differs per site, so check the site's own rules or the house edge section of our review before you play.
Is coinflip 50/50?: The flip itself is, when the site is provably fair and both stakes are the same value. The fee is what makes it slightly worse than even over time.
